Rogan the Dog needs a home

Rogan is approx 8 mos. old, about 36 lbs, vetted, neutered, and micro-chipped. As with many dogs that end up at the shelter this boy was actually found by someone we know wandering on the side of the road; scared.  Roy picked him up and brought him home in SC and we got a note asking us if we would take him into our Rescue! Of course we said yes because he is a good boy! He is good with other dogs, tested well nose to nose with a cat at the vet's office, and has not reaction to the chickens on site in their pen. He has medium energy and loves to play outside with other dogs and toys! He appears to be mostly housetrained. He loves to go for car rides and loves people! We would like to see Rogan be adopted by a home that has another dog/s. Why anyone would abandon these precious now rescue dogs we will never know. Stay tuned for more information as Rogan is a new rescue!
